Forget Me Not 4 Kids, Inc. is a
501(c)(3) non-profit charity to assist families in need due to childhood cancer.

Forget Me Not 4 Kids, Inc. inception
was after Dave and Pam Ciprian lost their 13 year old daughter, Sarah to Ewings
Sarcoma in July of 2002. Having been through chemotherapy, radiation and a stem
cell transplant, they understand the emotional needs and financial issues that
families endure while their child is going through extensive treatments.
Forget Me Not 4 Kids helps ease the burden of families dealing with childhood
cancer. To help those dealing with financial challenges, we provide gift
certificates for local services and gas cards for transportation assistance. We
assist with utility bills and pharmaceutical expenses.
An afternoon or evening diversion can help families gain a new or fresh
perspective on issues they are facing, we at Forget Me Not 4 Kids sponsor
monthly Ice Cream Socials where children, siblings and their parents can make
their own personalized sundaes. Forget Me Not 4 Kids also purchase tickets for
local sports events, such as professional baseball and basketball games. Tickets
for local holiday events such as Boo At The Zoo and the Polar Express also help
give children, their siblings and caregivers a much needed break.
